All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from Los Angeles, CA. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with tracking information. Allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control.

Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. Please note that due to differences in monitors, variations in color may occur.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact us within two days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Because each of our pieces are 100% handmade, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs are being made.
Color variation will not be considered for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. We take great care to accurately document & describe the work and color variations may occur due to different monitor settings.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. Ispaci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided an incorrect address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
